Open Committee Volunteer Positions
Bazaar Chair
Responsible for setting up times for the CFQG’s participation in community Bazaars. Be responsible for acquiring items through CFQG members to be sold at the Bazaars. Be responsible for obtaining coverage for the table at the Bazaars.
Community Sewing Co-Chair
Responsible for working with co-chair for identifying needs within community and making those needs known to CFQG membership. Assist with coverage for community sewing workshops along with completion, collection, and distribution of needed items.

President
Create & post agendas and preside over General and Executive Board meetings. Represent the Guild as liaison with other organizations. Appoint Committee Chairs and Parliamentarian, as needed. For additional information see Duties button above.
Secretary
Responsible for recording the minutes of all meetings, General and Executive Board, and presenting those minutes at the next meetings and to provide meeting minute summaries to the newsletter editor prior to publishing deadline. For additional information see Duties button above.
First Director
Responsible for providing aid and support to the Guild President, as requested, and to oversee all non-monetary donations made to the guild.
